If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You may return eligible products for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • The item must be free from any damage or alterations.
  • You must provide a copy of the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special orders, including modified or made-to-order trailers.
  • Items explicitly marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Products showing signs of use, assembly, or wear and tear.

10-Step Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these 10 steps:

  2. Provide Order Details: Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  3. Receive Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our team will issue an RA number.
  4. Prepare Item for Return: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  5. Include Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
  6. Label the Package: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  7. Obtain Return Shipping Address: Our team will provide the appropriate return shipping address.
  8. Ship the Return: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  9. Provide Tracking Information: Provide the tracking information to our customer service team.
  10. Await Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 15 business days.

Refund Process

Upon successful inspection of the returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • Process the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are processed following the same return procedure, and you may need to place a new order for the replacement item.
